Next tear the fabric into strips: Lay out your fabric and snip at 1.5 in to 2in intervals. Choose a width that suits your design tastes. The snips will help you tear the fabric easily and keep the fabric uniform.

Clean the fabric strips of extra threads to give a more finished look to your curtains. Our designer even cut the ends at an angle so that when she tied the knots they looked polished.
