All orders are processed (stock confirmed, price checked and address verified before we charge your credit card) in our office, usually within 48 hours excluding weekends. Typical shipping is within 7 - 14 business days unless noted on the item you purchased. Some items have to ship to us first before we can ship out to you. If you have not received a copy of your invoice via email, then we are still working on your order or it went into your spam folder or was blocked by your mail account because it inlcudes an attachment. We will try to answer your status request as soon as possible.
