RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) POLICY

I have read and understand the RMA instructions and Return Policy and wish to submit this form now. By doing so, I agree to the terms and conditions concerning returned products.

General information: Please give a complete description of the problem. An accurate problem description can help to speed up the resolution of your return request. Once your RMA request has been submitted, you will receive instructions on where to return the product via email by your return specialist. Once products are received/confirmed with vendor, credit will be issued within 14 business days. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed against the original form of payment unless over $500.00 in which case refund will be issued by company check. Return will not be accepted if the merchandise is defaced (any writing on goods or the original packaging) or fabric is cut.
